Why Neighbors Call Bravo
Bravo Septic is owner-operated out of Leander. When you call, you get Isaac — not a call center, not a dispatcher reading a script. Licensed and insured, with one way of doing business: straight answers, a quote before any work begins, and a job site left the way we found it.
No scare tactics, no pressure. If your system's fine, we'll tell you it's fine — and if we find a real problem, you'll get the honest version and a fair quote.
The Bravo Guarantee
Four promises, every job, no exceptions.
Quote before any work begins
You'll know the price before we start. If we find something else once we're in the tank, you get a straight explanation and a separate quote — nothing happens without your OK.
We show up when we say we will
Appointments confirmed by text, and if anything changes on our end, you hear from us first.
Our workmanship is warranted
One year on repairs, two years on installations. If our work fails in that window, we come back and make it right.
We leave it the way we found it
Lids resealed, site cleaned up, no mess left behind for you to deal with.
How It Works
- Call or book online — tell us what's going on.
- We show up when we said we would and quote before we start.
- Fixed, pumped, or installed — and you know exactly what was done.

Do you serve my area?
We're based in Leander and serve Williamson County and the north Lake Travis corridor — Leander, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, Jonestown, Lago Vista, Georgetown, and Round Rock. On the edge of that map? Call — if we can get the truck there, we'll talk.
How do I know what service I need?
Call and describe what's happening — backups, smells, alarms, a real-estate deadline, or just "it's been years." Diagnosis over the phone is free, and we'll tell you honestly whether you need a pump-out, a repair, or nothing at all.
How much will it cost?
Every job is quoted individually before work begins — tank size, access, and what we find drive the number, and we'd rather give you an exact quote than a range that moves. The price you hear is the price you pay.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed and insured, operating under Texas OSSF rules.
Do you handle emergencies?
Posted hours are Monday–Friday 8–6, weekends by appointment — but if you've got sewage where sewage shouldn't be, call. After hours, if we can get there, we will.
