Septic tank pumping is the job that keeps the rest of your system out of trouble. Solids settle in the tank and build up year after year. We bring our own vacuum pump truck, pump every compartment and leave the tank empty. Septic tank cleaning is the same service under a different name.
Every 3 to 5 years is the range for most households. That is the EPA's guidance for a typical household tank, along with an inspection at least every 3 years. Tank size, the number of people in the house and how much water you use all move that number. If you cannot remember the last pump-out, it is due. Our septic pumping service page walks through the visit step by step.
Slow drains across the house, gurgling when the washer empties, and odor outside all point to a full tank. So does wet ground over the tank, or bright green grass on the drainfield in dry weather. We pump conventional tanks and aerobic tanks, which hold more compartments to empty. Buried lids add digging at every visit, so ask about septic tank risers while the tank is open.
Most calls we take are for septic pumping, and we handle the rest of the system too. Inspections, repairs, risers, tank locating, drain field work and conventional installs are all part of the job.

Called Bravo Septic to pump our tank in Leander after about four years. Isaac gave me a firm price up front, showed up in the window he said, and had it done in under an hour. He popped the lids, showed me the sludge level, and told me I could probably go another three years before the next one. No upsell, no surprises on the invoice. Will be using them from here on out.
Our place in Jonestown is at the end of a long gravel drive and a couple of pumpers wouldn’t even come out. Bravo Septic had no problem getting the truck back there and pumped both compartments. Left the site cleaner than he found it and backfilled the lids properly. Great to find somebody who will actually service this area.
Septic backed up into the downstairs shower on a Saturday night. Bravo Septic answered the phone and had a truck at the house the next morning. Turned out the tank was way overdue. He pumped it, checked the outlet, and explained why it happened. Will use them again.
Very positive experience with Isaac. He arrived on time and quickly located the tanks that we weren’t exactly sure where they were. He took care of business and left us in better shape than he found us.
We needed our septic pumped and Isaac from Bravo Septic got the job done! He was on time, professional, and kind. Explained everything that would entail upfront, including the cost. He was respectful of our property, we really appreciate that. Will definitely use him again. And would recommend his services to family and friends.
My sister moved to Leander this week and I was helping her to find someone to have the septic tank pumped out. I called three places and Isaac was the first to answer his phone. Price was fair, job was thorough, timing was prompt, professional all around. Glad we found Bravo.
