Yes, we pump aerobic systems. They need pumping like conventional tanks, and they usually have more compartments to empty. We do not offer aerobic maintenance contracts or the routine service visits those systems need. Texas requires an aerobic system to stay under maintenance. A licensed maintenance provider normally handles those visits under contract.

Call and tell us what the system is doing, and we will point you to the right job. Slow drains, odor or a tank you have not pumped in years usually means a pump-out. A new-to-you house with unknown history calls for septic inspections with the tank pumped. Sewage in the house is an emergency.

Yes, call (512) 887-4458 any time you have sewage where it should not be. Urgent problems get priority on the schedule. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with weekends by appointment. After hours, if we can get there, we will, and emergency septic service covers what to do first.

Yes, Bravo Septic is licensed and insured. We are a TCEQ-licensed OSSF installer and a TCEQ-registered sludge transporter. That registration is what makes it legal to pump and haul septage. Repair workmanship is warranted for one year and installation workmanship for two years.

Tell us where the tank lids are if you know, and clear a path to them. Keep pets inside while we are there. If the lids are buried or unmarked, mention it when you book, since digging adds time. We can also set risers while the tank is open.
