Privacy Policy
Bravo Septic ("we," "us") is a septic services company based in Leander, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you give us in order to respond to you and do the work you asked about — and nothing else.
Information we collect
Information you submit. When you use our quote request form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, the service you're asking about, whether you're the property owner, and anything you write in the message field.
SMS consent. The form includes an optional checkbox consenting to receive text messages from us about your request, appointments, and related updates. Checking it is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) conversion tracking to measure how well our advertising works. This uses cookies and shares limited data with Google and Meta. We don't use it to identify you personally, and we don't sell your information. Our form provider also keeps standard technical logs to deliver submissions and filter spam.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, provide quotes, schedule and perform service, and communicate about appointments
- To send text messages only if you checked the SMS consent box, and marketing messages only if you separately opted in
- To maintain business records of work performed
- We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Who processes your information
We use a small number of service providers to run the business, and your information is shared with them only as needed to serve you:
- Formspree processes our website form submissions and delivers them to us.
- Jobber is our scheduling and job-management system. Our quote request form on
/get-a-quote/is Jobber's own embedded widget — it appears on our page, but what you submit through it goes directly to Jobber and is governed by Jobber's own privacy policy, not just ours. Information from your request may also be entered into Jobber to manage your job. - Standard communications providers (email, phone, and text carriers) transmit our messages to you.
- Google provides advertising conversion tracking on our site, under Google's own privacy policy.
- Meta (Facebook) provides advertising conversion tracking on our site, under Meta's own privacy policy.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy and security practices.
How long we keep information
We keep customer and lead records as long as reasonably needed for business operations, service history (knowing when your tank was last pumped is part of the service), and legal requirements, after which they may be deleted.
Your choices and rights
- Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.
- Marketing: if you opted in and change your mind, contact us and we'll remove you.
- Access or deletion: you can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're required or reasonably need to keep). Contact us using the details below and we'll respond promptly.
Children
This website and our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We limit access to your information to the people who need it to do the work, and rely on our service providers' security practices for data they process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we treat your contact information the way we'd want ours treated.
Changes to this policy
If our data practices change — for example, if we add website analytics — we'll update this policy and change the effective date above.
